This episode documents the 2011 International Himalayas Walk held in late September starting from Lhasa to Gyantse, Shigatse, Tingri, Baiba, Rongbuk Monastery and Dram. In addition to the Himalayas, the “Roof of the World”, the film also highlights the idea of “green hiking” and reveals the lifestyles of the local ethnic inhabitants while presenting the beautiful scenery along the route.
