China International Television Corporation

Founded in 1984, China International Television Corporation (CITVC) is a large state-owned enterprise wholly funded by China Central Television (CCTV). As a subsidiary to CITVC, China Radio, Film & Television Programs Exchanging Center is among China’s largest organizations specializing in marketing films and TV programs and publishing and distributing video/audio products. It is responsible for marketing CCTV’s copyrighted programs and other excellent Chinese film and TV products on a global scale, conducting extensive film and TV cooperation with domestic and foreign media agencies, and carrying out advertising campaigns and other international exchange activities.
