The series focuses on those Chinese food ingredients which have been taken abroad by Chinese and with distinct characteristics about hometown. This documentary is not just about reviewing ingredients, but mostly about recording humanistic stories behind ingredients. The documentary describes Chinese food ingredients in a global view higlighting the way the world mixed up with the traditional Chinese food culture. The first season of the documentary – Dried tangerine peel in Lingnan (the 25-minute version) has finished its first round shoots in 9 countries and districts in the world.

NATURAL HISTORY & WILDLIFE
The film tells the story of a nest of wild eyas’s who lives in China, from the perspective of an eaglet. The major character is the weakest eaglet–Lao San, who is full of hope with life. Can he finally survived the harsh famine? As Victor Hugo once said: ” Nature is kind of a loving mother, but also a butcher in cold blood.”
Splendid natural scenes and animals activity, interesting story, real details, modern pop style of language, and maybe philosophical thinking about the earth, can be found in this distinctive documentary film.
