The documentary Chinese Ingredients to the World focuses on those Chinese food ingredients which have been taken abroad by Chinese and with distinct characteristics about hometown. This documentary is not created for telling ingredients themselves, but describes Chinese food ingredients in a global view and mix the world with traditional Chinese food culture. The first season of the documentary -- Dried tangerine peel in Lingnan (the 25-minute version) has finished its first round shoots in 9 countries and districts in the world. And the post production have also drawn the period. At present, the second season of Chinese Ingredients to the World -- Lycium Chinensis in Disserts has been engaged with investigating and financing.
